Relationship Templates

A template is one relationship's Aspects — the questions both people answer, each side blind to the other. Pick the template that names your relationship and both people answer it; the report turns the two sets of answers into the agenda for your next session.

What a template is

A template names the relationship and writes the questions.

A manager and the person reporting to them, a parent and a child, two founders — each template is one of those pairs, written as Aspects. The Aspects are the product; the answers belong to the two people who give them.

What you get

One relationship, bought once.

What a purchase gives you is the relationship itself, which is why there is no per-seat price and no subscription behind it.

Both sides answer

You send the template to both people. Neither sees the other's answers until both have accepted, so nothing is softened for your benefit.

The Gap, Aspect by Aspect

Each Aspect is answered twice — how it feels, and how each person wants it to be. The distance between two answers is the Gap.

The agenda for the session

The report names every Gap by kind and size, with the Steps that follow from it. That is the material you run the session on.

Every template

Every template, by relationship.

A template is only offered if the product can run it: each row is a published catalogue entry with its own Aspects and the two roles it names.

Twenty-seven templates across seven realms.

Start with one relationship.

Buy it once and every session after it is yours. You are named as the relationship's coach rather than answering as a party.
